BaakBier is a beer brand from Noordwijk, founded in 2021 by the four Baak brothers: David, Thomas, Lucas and Pieter-Paul. Inspired by their shared passion for craft beer, they decided to create a beer brand of their own. Their first beer, Noortukker Blond, was introduced in 2021.

BaakBier’s beers tell the story of Noordwijk and the Dutch Bulb Region. Noortukker Blond pays tribute to the people of Noordwijk, Duinwit reflects Noordwijk’s history of herb cultivation, and Tulpenzee Tripel draws inspiration from the colourful flower fields. Strandganger Blond is inspired by the beach and brewed with lemon verbena and sea salt.

BaakBier’s visual identity is equally rooted in Noordwijk. The labels are inspired by the work of artist Eppo Doeve, known for his illustrations, including a famous poster depicting Noordwijk’s beach. Through its beers, BaakBier aims not only to create exceptional brews but also to bring a piece of Noordwijk’s history and culture to life.
